How We Schedule
To ensure the best service and availability, all events require a minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice. This allows us to properly plan, staff, and prepare everything your event deserves.
To get started, simply scroll down to the bottom of this page and fill out our contact form. Please include 2–3 dates and times that work best for you so we can reach out and coordinate efficiently.
Once we receive your inquiry, we will schedule an initial meeting to discuss your event needs and preferences in detail. After that, we’ll prepare a custom, 100% free quote tailored specifically to your event.
If you decide to move forward, we’ll finalize the contract with all terms clearly laid out, including our deposit and payment schedule.
