Product Reorder

For existing users with active catalogs, you can start a reorder by following the directions at the top of your catalog.

Once placing your business order, it will show under orders in your account center. You can manage, track, and review your orders! As of right now, the only way to reorder and inquire about business solutions is by email, we look forward to creating high end and long lasting products, for your business, and team!

 If we do not have the following, we can not submit your order for production:

-SKU #(s)

-QTY

-COLORS

-SIZES

-CONTACT INFORMATION (must be the same as your aknitz profile)

Our team tries our very best to get your product reorders completed as fast as we can, with business orders, we do have to call before confirming the order with our production partners, as for it is a custom order. A team representitive should get in contact with you within 3-5 business days, but we typically answer within 2! Once we confirm your order, you will recieve shipping details within 12 days. Our shipping partners only take about 5 days to get your order to you, but due to carrier, order size, and other misc factors, business shipping may vary.
